As an Agentic AI Engineer Consultant, you will be at the forefront of helping organizations unlock the potential of Agentic AI. You will guide clients through the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven agents that seamlessly integrate into their business processes, delivering tangible impact and measurable value.

This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives at the intersection of AI engineering, business consulting, and innovation. You will not just implement technology, but also help shape how organizations adopt and trust AI within their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges.

  • Translate business needs into concrete Agentic AI solution designs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for AI readiness, governance, and adoption strategies.

• Solution Engineering & Implementation

  • Architect, build, and deploy Agentic AI agents using leading frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI Foundry, Google Agentspace).

  • Integrate AI agents with client data platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of delivered solutions.

• Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving Agentic AI landscape and evaluate new tools & frameworks.

  • Develop reusable solution accelerators, libraries, and blueprints.

  • Contribute to EpicImpact’s knowledge base, methodologies, and community of practice.

• Delivery & Value Realization

  • Lead Proof-of-Value and Fast-Track implementations (30–60 days).

  • Measure and communicate business impact of deployed solutions.

  • Support change management and help clients build AI confidence and capability.
